Grades 5-3 competition, 26th March 2006, Gillingham
Skybound had a fantastic day at the grades 5-3 competition in Gillingham today.
Our team was lead by our senior over 17 ladies, Bec Lewis and Donna Borthwick. Both worked hard despite being tired as a result of their hectic schedules. Bec ended up in a respectable and 'oh so close' position of 4th and Donna gained 14th.
Skybound was represented at grade 4 by Jodie Sutherland, Lucy Wiggins, Katie Wiggins and Alice Doughty. All the girls bounced well producing good routines for the judges. Jodie was next to be 'oh so close' with 4th place in her group and Alice fought her way onto the winners podium with a fantastic 2nd place.
At grade 5 were our junior club members. Tegan Cooke was in the Under 11 girls, Samantha Sheppard in the Under 9 girls, Luke Shiels and Ryan Osborne were in the Under 13 boys and Elliott Marshall was in the Under 15 boys. Well done to all of you who were joining us at grade 5 for the first time. Everyone in the grade worked really hard and achieved so much.
